トラックボール付キーボード

特徴
This product is an industrial quality keyboard incorporating our 1.5" trackball pointing device. The keyboard has independent mechanical keys and is PC XT, AT, and PS/2 compliant. The high resolution, precision trackball replaces the numeric pad of the keyboard.

Rugged construction
Full-travel (4mm) key switches
"Deep Dish" for home keys F and J with dimple on key 5 for touch typing.
Matte finished, 2-shot molded keycaps are wear resistant and easy to clean. Keycap colors are: beige/grey (code U9), white/grey (code L9).
Materials conform to UL 94
Synchronous data format
Full N-key rollover.
Autorepeat; delay time and rate are programmable from the system (AT mode only)

Interface Bi-directional. synchronous serial. The keyboard communicates with the system via clock and data lines.
Data Format IBM compatible. bi-directional. AT, PS/2 modes: data and clock high in idle state. PC mode: data low and clock high in idle state.
Output Drivers Open collector TTL.
Data Buffer All codes are buffered before transmission.
Rollover Full N-key rollover.
Automatic Repeat All keys have Autorepeat function. Delay time and repeat sequence can be modified from system (fixed at 10Hz, after 500ms delay for PC mode)
Reset Keyboard automatically resets at power on. Reset time is 150 msec to 2 seconds.
Self-Diagnostic Test After power-on or upon system request, the keyboard carries out a self-diagnostic test. State of operation indicated by LED's on NUM LOCK, CAPS LOCK, and SCROLL LOCK. Pass = transmitted code AA (Hex). Failure = any code other than AA.

The keyboard is compatible with PC XT, AT, and PS/2 systems. The operation mode is selected by a slide switch located on the underside of the keyboard. Mode selection must be made before operation.

トラックボール
A 1.5" panel mount trackball enclosed in a housing designed to replace the numerical pad has been developed with all the features of the standard industrial/military trackballs Evergreen is noted for. Switches can be placed either vertically or horizontally on the trackball housing.

400 counts/rev of the ball standard, permitting one pixel resolution.
Rate sensitive Dynamic Resolution for fast cursor movement.
PS/2 or Serial versions available. Serial version is Microsoft 2-button or Logitech 3-button compatible (user selectable via configuration switch) and can use existing mouse driver.
Serial BAUD rates can be factory configured for 1200, 2400, 4800, or 9600 BAUD.
Ball retainer bezel is removable for cleaning the internal rollers and to provide access to the serial configuration switch
The keyboard/trackball assembly is compatible with all systems that use an IBM compatible keyboard and either a serial mouse or a PS/2 mouse. The trackball is independently compatible with other systems such as SUN, Silicon Graphics, and DEC

The keyboard dimensions are: 7.3" wide x 16.0" long x 1.4" high (exclusive of the trackball assembly). The keyboard/trackball assembly can be mounted to a standard 19" rack mount shelf (or "bull nose") using 10-32 screws. A cable exit can be provided in the bottom for secure installations.
